Returns:
If you want to return something, just email us at info@salanida.com. Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Shipping Returns:
We do not offer a free returns service, all return shipping costs are at the customer's expense. We do not accept responsibility for items lost in shipping back to us so we recommend you keep a postage receipt with tracking number as proof that the package was sent. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to you at your expense.
